How Do I Request A Replacement Device?

Go to login page

Login to the My Plan section (click the link in the header above or click here to login.)  Your username is your email address that you provided at the time of purchasing the plan and your password is in the welcome email you received at that time. Click here if you forgot your username or password.

After login you will see the dashboard. Please click on the Request link in left menu to fill out the form to request new device.

How to Find IMEI Number?

Find the serial number or IMEI on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

  1. Go to "Settings" > "General" and tap "About."
  2. Look for the serial number. You might need to scroll down to find the "IMEI/MEID," and "ICCID."
  3. To paste this information into Apple registration or support forms, touch and hold the number to copy.

  1. Tap the Phone app icon.
  2. Dial *#06# in your keypad.
  3. The screen displayed will show you the IMEI number of your current device as well as the Serial Number (S/N). The displayed screen may look different according to the Android OS version your device is running.
