Groundcover News, a local periodical aimed to “create opportunity and a voice for low-income people while taking action to end homelessness and poverty”, was facing a funding crisis. With the help of ProtectCELL team member Bob Webber, the vendors of this non-profit pub can now offer cashless consumers a quick fix while they enjoy a fundraising solution.
