Fine Print
Let’s just be clear on a few things. The Device Buyback program can only be added within 30 days of the device's purchase date. Users that sell their device back within the first 12 months will receive 50% of the full retail price at the time of purchase. Devices sold back in months 13-24 will receive 25% of the full retail price at the time of purchase. All buyback values are based on the carrier’s published retail value at the time the device was purchased. Devices sent in for buyback must be in good working condition and buyback percentages could be adjusted based on damage to the device.
