As a ProtectCell customer with a ProtectCell Membership Plan or Damage Protection Plus, you’re eligible for ID Rescue for the entire length of your plan. If you think you might be a victim of identity theft, just call us and we’ll put you in touch with a Licensed Investigator who will work on your behalf to restore your identity and credit to
pre-theft status.

How do I know if I'm the victim of identity theft?

It’s not always easy to tell. In fact, it can be years before you realize your identity has been stolen. You may get a phone call or letter saying that you have been approved or denied credit for accounts you did not request. Maybe you no longer receive your credit card statements or you notice that some of your mail is missing. If you are in doubt, use ID Rescue to talk to a Licensed Investigator. How long does identity theft restoration take?

Identity theft restoration can take anywhere from a few months to a year or more. It all depends on how extensive the identity fraud is and how much action is needed. With ID Rescue, Licensed Investigators will work until your restoration is complete and you are satisfied.
