I have a ProtectCell plan, how do I request another device?

If you have a ProtectCell plan and are eligible to request another device, simply click here or call our industry-leading call center located in the U.S. at 877.775.3274

How long will it take to get another device?

Our membership plans come with Fast Device Delivery. That means we ship out another device to 97% of our customers within one business day of receiving their request.

If you have our Damage Protection Plus or Extended Service Plan all you have to do is show us that you’ve mailed your device (a tracking number will do the trick) and we’ll send another device to you lickety split. That’s our Rapid Exchange.
